August 7th was National Night Out and our church hosted one of the block parties serving ice cream sundaes and having McGruff, the crime dog, stop by for the kids. I do believe that a great time was had by all. It was just fun to get all the neighbors together and see every chair filled that we had setting out in the church lawn.
