Afternoon Picnic

It's been a while since I last posted an adventure that I've had with my friends. But, I have been having fun, a little.

On a gorgeous Saturday afternoon, when the tempterature was actually in the 60's, my friends and I went on a picnic out at "our spot" (a place in the country about 30 minutes north of Kearney). It was so beautiful outside and the most relaxing moment I've had in a long time.

Our picnic consisted of KFC. Man, was it great!


After we finished eating we decided to relax and wait to see the sunset. So, to pass time, Dani thought it would be fun to explore a little bit...


...while I just laid back and took a little snooze.

This was a once-in-a-lifetime find. As we were driving back to Kearney, we took the long way back, or should I say a route that was bound to get us lost, and we came across this rest area. So, of course, everyone shouted "Stop, Ashley! STOP!! We need a picture!" So, I stopped and let them have their picture. You don't want to know what we actually found in the toilets...
