Getting Caught Up...

I've gotten a bit behind on my posting of pictures and stories and I offer my profound apologies to my family and friends that like to keep tabs on my activity. Here are a few pictures to give you a taste of what has been happening with me and my family, but many more pictures will be found on my flickr account and then you can look at specific pictures by selecting one of the sets along the right side of the screen.

Campus Construction

When I got back to campus after spring break, these were familiar scenes all across campus. And yes, I mean ALL across campus. I think students have to change their route to classes just about every other day.

They're tearing up half of the parking lot in front of Randall Hall (my residence hall). So, if I want to get fairly close from now on I'll probably have to arrive back around 10:00 AM on Sundays.

This is just on the south side of Stout Hall (connected to Randall and Mantor).

If you know where the fountain is, then you'll have a good idea where this pic was taken. It's west of Copeland Lecture Hall and on the northeast corner of the Student Affairs building.

On the southeast corner of the Student Affairs building and blocking access to the Library.

That's Founder's Hall, however, you can't get there from here. You have to go all the way around the south side of campus in order to get there.

Well, this was the Bruner Hall, House of Science. They have torn down the big lecture hall in order to make some renovations and then should add on a few smaller lecture halls.

This construction site is on the southwest corner of the Student Affairs building (it's sort of the heart of campus). This forces me to go the long way around just to go pick up the mail for the music department. Dr. Davis has his office for the Honors Program located in the Student Affairs building. He said he's already ready for the jack hammer to die.
