Text Messaging Translations

For those of you that have a hard time understanding what I mean by my little shorthand during emails and other forms of messaging, then this little "cheat sheet" is just what you are needing. I know that most of you probably can guess what they mean just by sounding them out, but it never hurts to know what I really mean.

2: two/to
u: you
y: why?
r: are
ur: your/you are
JK: just kidding/just joking
NK: not kidding/not joking
NBD: no big deal
G2G: got to go
No1: no one
TTYL: Talk to you later!
CUS: See you soon!
BTW: by the way
BCZ: because
IOU(1): I owe you (one)
NJY: enjoy
OMG: oh my goodness
LOL: I'm laughing out loud
IDK: I don't know
MSG(S): message/messages
GR8: great
2nite: tonight
LYLAS: Love ya like a sister
LYLAB: Love ya like a brother
:) or :-) : smiley face
:( or :-( : sad face
:-P : I'm sticking my tongue out at you
;) : I'm winking at you

So, now what I've given you a little help on deciphering my shorthand; maybe it won't take me so long to write my many emails. These are sort of the universal abbreviations, so once you've learned them, you could probably read just about anybody's little messages.
